FWIW, crossing wasn't dangerous, the rockfall was not frequent.
Why does everyone start at the same time? It's not time trial is it?
Missed our over-bump 😭
Even with a drone I can reply on missing the best bits :-)
course remarquable je vous félicite !
Well done Morag! - From your biggest fans
Thank you very much for doing these. At first I was in two minds as to whether I was comfortable with a drone overhead, but it really wasn’t off putting in any way and I assume at a safe distance. And the videos are very helpful.
Well done!
Safe as houses, mate.
63 strokes!
We'll be calling on you for that money @wiliam Connolly - keep the faith!
Happily I didn't say how much. But: well done.
Will you follow the top of the M1 div. all the way tomorrow? Would be swell to see if Maggie can stay on top
Perhaps, it was the wrong spot but there were many nice shots
So close to see that bump
You know the videos that are colored from the early 1900s of people walking, this is you filming something that someone will watch in 100 years later.
William Connolly 2:42 - Foul and Abusive Language (£30).
Looking forward to seeing Magdalene (pretty comfortable row over here by the look of it) vs Caius!
Great stuff - Thanks
Woohoo-top footage,be well! William, 👐
Amazing shots - will div 4/5 be posted 🙏
Sorry no that's your lot.
"Yes yes Oriel, very nice, but it's not bloody dressage, get on with it!"
Nice bump TCBC!
this is male div 4 ?
Yes: I'll update the title.
so satisfying to watch. its like a turn-dial.
Never seen. Perfect enough.
How does the "scoring" go for this? If you catch and hit a crew are they out? Do you get a point or points? Are there multiple rounds? What is going on here ? :)
Basically, each crew starts on different points along the river, depending on previous rankings. . They all start racing at the same time. Once you catch up to the boat ahead of you or you make physical contact with their boat, you’ve bumped them. Then, sometimes, both crews stop racing and pull to the side of the river. Other times, only the bumping crew stops rowing, while the bumped crew has to continue. This means that a crew can be bumped multiple times. After all the bumping, if you have bumped someone, you move up into their spot in the ranking and they move down, so next race you start closer to the finish.
@@thomaszahl6527 Thanks for the info!
Where are you standing? Is there a new bridge there? I've not been back to Cambridge for about 15 years.
Poor runner
Olly Olly Emma!
I-I've never seen a rowing machine with the seat being fixed while the footrests move. Das some weird stuff.
Your videos are great! I was bank partying (almost) all the Caius crews last week, recording on GoPro. You can see my on a lot of your videos. Comparing your overhead footage with my side on footage has been really helpful to the crews for day to day coaching tips. I'd really love to make a combination video of the best parts of our combined footage - W1 and W2 both got blades, and between us we captured all the bumps. Great work on these videos, keep burbling.
Thanks. It is tearing to not cycle alongside; I'm glad you (and others) are providing coverage.
Textbook coxing from the Christs crew. Looks like a great race!
Hats off to the Christ's cox. That was some sneaky steering there. They could have a career in F1.
Go Fitz!
The fellow bellowing in the first half seriously needs some mudguards on his bike. He's filthy!
Lents 2024 M1
Love It!!. Without sound is not the same
Just been listening to cam fm this afternoon. Good effort from them as usual. A few cut outs, but nothing drastic.
not beaver - coypu. Lots in France now.
Good testing and helpful info, good sharing
*promo sm* 😏
Thanks for the footage! It's always super useful for our training
Seems on the line of dabbing with the right foot
Literally how, any boat I'm on barely knows how to backwater and these guys can stop and straight up 180 without moving?! (To be fair I'm novice)
They're likely varsity and more experienced. One side is backing, and the other side is tapping, which is causing them to gradually spin in place without movement.
@@xavierxavier3605 it was a bit rhetorical but thanks anyway
get your blade in peter smh
nice footage.
Looking forward to Lents carnage birdseye now. Cool kit.
That was pretty slick.
Where to order this?😊
